Help please!
 

I have a Traxxas TMAXX 2.5 which I ran into a wall goin about 25 mphhttp://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/js/f.../sad_smile.gif. Now it will not run the tires. The engine will start fine and all of the electronics work, but when I give it gas, the wheels do not turn. When I press the throttle, the big black gear will spin, and when I turn the wheels, it will not spin. Im a newbie so talk dumb in your responses please. Anything will help.

Start taking it apart and see what broke. Something in the drive line got smoked.

Do you know why something in the trans would break by just running it into a wall? Lol

Yeah, because things can break when slammed into solid objects. In a crash at 25mph you can damage most anything on a car.

you could have done many different things
Broke the Diff's, tweaked the chassis, just to name a few.
You basically will have to take it apart in stages and try rotating every piece to see what is binding, and then fix it.

Once I get inside will there be any type of fluid that ill have to deal with/put more in when im done (ive never taken one apart)?

Unless you take apart the diffs themselves or the shocks you won't unleash any fluids. Grease and oil maybe.

Took it apart and found the problem! There was some grease so should I grease everything back up or just let it be? Im hearin different things from different people.

Well if grease was removed during the tear down then put back as much grease as you think you removed.
