what is a good fast nitro buggy for a 1st time buggy buyer I have owend nitro monster trucks but never a buggy ???

I would buy this. Great starter and comes with almost everything.

Save up 200 extra dollars and get a Baja clone.http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/js/f...eeth_smile.gifThey are easier to maintain and cost less to fuel up.

I would buy this. Great starter and comes with almost everything.
I agree, can not go wrong with a Hyper7. It is...tough, simple, plenty of upgrades, reliable, well known...etc.

I agree, can not go wrong with a Hyper7. It is...tough, simple, plenty of upgrades, reliable, well known...etc.
that or a jammin, but thats a bit more. 1/8 buggies are the toughest and (typically) the fastest, but they have alot more complexity than a 1/10 RWD.

but still its just a bunch of screws and plastic

only disagreement I have with your statement is the jammins mostly metal ;)

Pretty much any entry level OFNA is a good starting point. Personally I had an Ultra LX Pro as my first nitro ever and it was tough as nails.
