i need some help
 

a friend of mine got this rc car from a pawnshop .. started it up and he drove it around for a lil bit i dunno wut he did but he said he blown the clutch and he just gave me the car and went and got a new one .. thing is i'm new to the whole rc thing and i need to order the parts for this but he oesnt know the brand of this car so i was wondering if anyone here mite know ...another thing i been looking rc cars up and all seem to have a clutch bell housing but this one doesnt seem to have one not sure if he removed anything but heres a few pics i took ty in advance

hi there, you need a pic with better lighting. really hard to see the car.
does it have any markings on it?

the clutch bell housing should rest up against the spur gear(as the housing is the pinion gear as well)

It looks like the clutch bell exploded. The exposed part with the spring wrapped around it is the clutch shoes. I have no idea what model that is. You may be able to find a generic one if you count the teeth on each gear, then maybe do a search on ebay for two speed clutches.

i would get a new bell, and go ahead and replace the springs and shoes while you are at it.

looks like its a 2 speed tranny on that car.

can you get a nice clear pic of the car? the better pics of the motor helped alot.

how are the spur gears? in the pics one of them looks like some of the teeth are worn down. maybe just the angle of the pic tho.

they do look worn i plan to replace em but i was trying to find out what brand this car is so i can look up parts someone pm'd me a link and said they think this is it http://www.exceedrc.com/sparepart51c22.html and i think it is looks it to me so i'm planning on ordering some parts and see how it goes
