New Engine & R/C car problems.....

Hi guys, 1st question: I have a new dynamite.19 engine & for some reason my fuel isn't reaching my motor ? meaning it's not getting enough pressure I'd would think ????
2 question: I have a jato & when I use my EZ start to start it, the wheels keep spinning as I push on the ez start?????????????????
I'm lost guys !

u have a air leak some wheres.....and on ques. 2 ur clutch spring is broke...
