conversion from nitro to brushless

I'm wanting to convert my hpi nitro rush from nitro to a brushlees system. What all parts wouldbe needed to do so?

you will have to fabricate a motor mount to fit it
a mod 1 pinion (if you use a 3mm shaft moor ofna sells some) will be needed
Brushless setup
battery holder
battery
