I just bought a 210 piece Stanleytool set from Walmart. It came with every size hex wrench I could possibly ever need as well as a huge assortment of sockets and wrenches. Works great for all my RC projects.

I'm really not trying to plug my channel, but I've attached a video I did on my current tool set.

I am still new to the hobby, but love wrenching - and this is what's worked for me thus far. I did not even get to everything (heat gun, air-compressor, etc) but these are the essentials I use on a weekly basis.

Hopefully this helps some.

Thanks!

I just bought a set from VP Pro similar to the Losi set in the link. Good tools really make the hobby better. I can't recommend the Bosch Ixo power tool with the hex bits highly enough.
