I am considering changing my team associatedstock motor to a tekin 2650kv.

1: is it compatible with the stock esc

2: is the 2650 the fastest tekin I can run on a four cell

It will be fast. But probably nearly undrivable. Is this for bashing?

why would you say it is undrivable. this motor is for bashing if I decide to race I will put the stock motor back in. unless the tekin accelerates faster.http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/js/f.../msn/50_50.gif

Most of the Pro's use the Tekin 1900. A few of the regular guys use the 2050. There's a reason. And this is on some tracks with a 190' straightaway. Drivability and runtime.

i have a losi 8t with tekin 2000kv and you won't need any extra power for sure. it rips

The T8 2000kv is a truggy motor and the T8 2650kv is a buggy motor, so direct comparisons are not easy. Even so, I have a T8 2050kv in my buddy and I sort of wish I had gotten the 1900kv. Sometimes too much is just too much. I suppose more is betterfor speed runs and general bashing, but not for me.
