Have anyone done any custom chassis? If so about how long did it take and how did you go about it? Thank you in advance.

Pick up this month's edition of RC Car Action magazine. It features a custom made monster truck that's really slick. He used carbon fiber in a twin vertical plate design, with some very interesting design features. Might give you some ideas.
