Incredible Hulk Smash RC Car
 
This Hulk RC has been out a few years, but I only recently got it. His arms have stopped moving as they need to. There's another forum that talks about fixing this, but it was written for people with far more experience with the technology than me. Can anyone out there explain how to fix Hulk's arms? Thanks.
