Glow ignitor

will this glow ignitor included with the OFNA x1-CRT truggy be good enough? , or should I buy a rechargable ignitor

It will work, but a rechargeable unit is a much better option, IMHO. The Dynamite LiPo glow driver is a slick unit that lasts seemingly forever on a single charge.
