Nitro engine leaking?

When I run now I have nitro leaking out under the pull start and the carburator. Is this normal? It's definitely not coming from the exhaust at all. My exhaust pipe was loose but I tightened it before the run today and it still had nitro down there after running a few tanks. Does the head get loose? Are there gaskets? Also it's not a lot of nitro but it is noticeably wet around the chassis where the engine bolts down and occasionally when I pick it up it will drip. Thanks!

RE: Nitro engine leaking?

sounds like you back plate is a little loose.... take off the pullstarter, take the back plate off and put a little Sensor Safe RTV sealant around it, and bolt it back on.... do the same with the carb... a little RTV where the carb meets the motor, and you should be ok!
