Can i run futaba servos with a acoms receiver?

if not, what servos can i run with this receiver?

I did a search and could not find an answer.

you can but check the the polarity of the plug and line up the colored wired the same or ++positive , -- negative and signal wires. make sure they match. you can make them match to work.
