evader temp

Im about to get a duratrax heat sensor thingy and I know that everybody says different things, but what temp should it be running at? it's the stock OS .18, I'm not looking for more speed and I want the engine to last for a while, so what temp (approximately) do u guys think?

220-270 thats what my friends manual says i just called him about it while i waqs reading this thread so im right!
