Help...Looking For A Good Beginner Vehicle...

My son is six years old. I want to introduce him to the hobby of RC vehicles. I need suggestions on a good beginner vehicle. I have been hesitant to buy some non-upgradeable Radio Shack type vehicle. My first vehicle was a Traxxas Stadium Truck and I think if I get something that is almost pro quality he will become as excited about the hobby as I was. I was thinking about a LOSI Mini-T but would like other suggestions. Thanks

I would like to stay with on-road until his driving skills improve.

ok maybe a electric 4-tec or maybe a losi xxx-s or even a tc3
the xxx-s and tc3 are going to be expensve but he can or even you can race them at your local track

the 4-tec is a great learners car tho

Buddy of mine got the Itsy Bitsy Spider for his kid. Seems to be working out well.
