can u dye the color of graphite and stock plastic parts that are made of black plastic

No , they must be white , yellow or some silver plastic parts .

Graphite & black plastic parts - No.

Nylon plastic parts - Yes. (white, beige, any light color)

Previously dyed plastic parts - Yes (but I think you can only go to a darker color)
