diff oil
Tell us:
- what kind of car (I could not find the type of car you have) - kind of track (lots of turns, short straights, etc) - kind and type of tires (foams-what compound, rubber- soft, med, hard for insert and tire) - are you using negative camber/toe - are you using droop gauge We might be able to suggest a setup if those are answered. |
Diff oil
That sounds like some pretty thick oil for the diffs. I have a 7.5 and run 5000 front, 7000 center, 1000 rear and that combo works excellant for most loose dirt tracks big or small. I would say using the oil you described would give very bad handling, pretty much eliminating the diff action all together. Give us more information on the type of car you have and the type of track you run on for better info.

sorry..its 1/10 nitro touring/gs
mostly the race is held on tarmac surfaces...
and rubber tires or foam are used... before, i was using 3000 cps front and rear.. for the shock spring it was the stock spring most of the other experience drivers suggested those change i mention earlier for better performance and handling...just wanted sort of second opinion... for this coming race i do not know the layout yet (parking lot race) anyway usually the layout of the track are medium of everything i guess.... |
