They do make 4-stroke nitro engines for RC planes and OS makes a 4-stroker specific to ground vehicles. They are quieter, more fuel efficient in terms of displacement, much more realistic, and sound totally cool. The reason no one sees them in cars is because they lack power by a very large margin.
