Himoto Nascada with Novak Velociti 5.5

Questions!

1. Will the motor fit in the car and allow the pinion/spur to mesh correctly?
2. Will the car handle it? (driveshaft mainly)
3. What is the internal gear ratio of the Nascada?
4. What RPM is the 5.5 sytem capable of at 7.2v NiMH

Please add the number of the question with you answer, any information will be very much appreciated!

RE: Himoto Nascada with Novak Velociti 5.5

That is guaranteed to blow up the car. The Himoto is made of mushy plastic and rough steel diff gears. The parts that do not flex and expand from the torq will wear excessively fast. Realilistically you might be able to get down to a 17-19 turn in a Nascada.

The 5.5 generates a lot of torque and RPM. You really need to get a quality car to handle that much power. If money is an issue, I'd recommend a used TC3 from ebay.
