Help!!

The Redcat Racing Tornado XL (The $99 1/10 buggy), is it RTR? Radio and servos included?

Also, is it the same thing as the Shockwave buggy that RCU reviewed?

Yes , yes and yes and if the shockwave is made by HSP of china then they are the same, I did not see the review. But I can say that for $99 bucks you can't beat it for a starter buggy, go for it!!!
