Alot of times people buy them at whole sale, in doing that they are able to sell them at a cheaper price.

I see the opposite. I see things selling for more than new price. Mostly watching e-savage and the e-zilla lately.

It's just like any other market. If stuff is widely available, it will usually go for less on eBay. Harder to get things go for more. People will buy on eBay to avoid taxes too.

That's something that always makes me want to pull my hair out. It drives me crazy when I see people bidding on used items for almost as much as a brand new one would cost.

That just makes me laugh. More power to the preson selling the item. I am happy for them that people are that dumb. :D

Wow. I'd love to be find a place to buy whole sale. I've heard from a person in the business that The Traxxas VXL line of trucks i only around $210 whole sale but of course that was "just a rumor" i'd buy a half dozen at that price.

It also comes down to the fact that they don't have to pay rent for a shop or wages if they operate from their home with a computer. means they don't pass or their over heads onto the consumer.
