RCU Forums - AHHH engine tuning problems

Alright guys Im completely baffled, I got an RC truck savage X I believe and its got a O.S. MAX-30VG engine. It will start and run up to about half throttle and then it will cut off, it will get up to about 35mph but as soon as you pull the throttle past half way its like a kill switch and it will die immediately. And if you just floor it it will get up to like 15 mph or so and then cut off. Weve adjusted both fuel adjustments both ways and have them running pretty well under half throttle. Ive gone back to all the factory settings and tried to get it to work from there and i still get the same good performance at lower throttle but as soon as you hit halfway it will cut off... Has anybody had any problems like this or know what might be going on???
