RE: Keep breaking steering servo's
Do they just burn out or do you strip the gears when you impact something?

RE: Keep breaking steering servo's
Stiping gears, last on failed when I was coming out of a turn, havent had anything that I considered unusally hard impacts, normal backyard field bashing...Thanks

RE: Keep breaking steering servo's
I''m not familiar with the steering setup on that truck, but it sure sounds like it''s set up too tight. Metal gears shouldn''t be letting go that easily, even if they are RTR grade. Heck, I''ve still got the original steering servo in my MGT four years out and lots of HARD crashes with no trouble. Try loosening it up a good bit next time you run it.

also if you have a programmable radio, adjust the EPA (end point adjustment) to one or two percent lower then full travel (right to left). Thats what i do on mine and so far so good.
