hey guys, i thought i would show yall this awesome stand i came up with. i use it for my e-firestorm. what you need to do is go buy a 1:25 scale model. not an rc model but like a model you can get from like hobby lobby and walmart. take every thing out (build the model if you want) and the box is your stand and carrying case. if i take the antenna off the remote, i can fit tools, my remote, my charger and an extra battery inside, while like i said it doubles as a car stand. i will post the pictures in a little while

I bought a cheep stand a while back and its had been great to me. Some of the cheapest things you dont realize how good they have been to you or how they have made things much more easier until you step back and say "Wow that thing has been there for ever and I use it everyday. The best part is i only payed 10$ for it!" Those are always great days! :D

Creative. That can be done with almost any box though. As long as it's the right size.

I've got a closet full of 1/25 scale plastic models. That's my other hobby, building plastic car models. But I never thought of putting one of those boxes under my Losi XXX-NT AD2. With the price of plastic kits these days, maybe you should get one at a garage sale. Anyway, I just use my starter box for a stand.

Here's a really cheap work-stand that I use for my HPI Baja B5 SS. I don't mean the table. Its what the Baja is sitting on. It was free from work. It's a 4" thick piece of celluplank foam block. I work for Cessna. It's used for cutting contour boards out of for shipping control surfaces and horizontal stabilizers, etc. The stuff gets beat up so I just cut a piece of one that was being tossed out.

That foam idea is good, I always have a hard time keeping my Baja balanced on smaller objects.

i just use a cement block works great for Monster trucks
