Starting a race team at work
 

I'm trying to start a race team at work since about 11 of us have RC cars. We have a football team and a basketball team and I talked to the VP about starting an RC team and he was all excited and thought it was a great idea but wants to know what I need or want to do and I have NO CLUE!!! I've never started a team at work before. I need to know where to start or who to ask and what to do. How do I organize this? I've never been a good organizer but this would be a great chance to learn how to do it. If anyone has any experience or suggestions that would be great. Thanks
