question

Given enough room to work with... sufficient money, and sufficient skills,
you can put almost any kind of motor into anything else you like.
Whether or not it's worth the trouble, time and/or expense, is another story.

Faster than what? What size heli motor? What size original motor for comparison?

Sorry... can't help ya there.
Never heard of a Nova5 7 port., and have no idea its displacement.

I will say that an OS .32 would be bigtime overkill on a smaller car though.
(Again, you weren't specific on the car)
Only thing to it is to do it, as they say.
Mod away, plop it in there, and see for yourself!

Don't forget to either machine a nice big heatsink head, or add a fan.
I don't know that the regular heli head will be good enough, by itself.
(Especially at idle with no airflow. You could fry the engine pretty quickly)
