7 cell brick pack
 

I want to buy supplies and build 7 cell brick packs. 4 and the on top. Do you think if I build packs likes this people would be interested in buying them? I want to used 2700mah nimh batteries. What do you think?

I don't think there is any money to be made unless you already have the infrastructure. You need serious test and lab equipment to consistently produce high quality packs - you'd be competing with the big boys. Even if you market odd shaped packs, you're still competing with some established companies that offer that service. Battery manufacturing at a professional level is a very precise and highly controlled process.
