Zero Tolerence Slash

Hey guys I saw this long travel suspension kit on here and want to know if anybody has tried it yet? I really want to try one out so any input would be great. If you haven't seen it here's the link http://zerotolerancemfg.com/ it looks awesome.

Yeah I know that's why I'm trying to get some feedback. I'll probably end up being the guiana pig again lol.

There are much cheaper ways to widen a Slash.

Personally I think that looks kinda silly.

Like what that will allow you to reposition your shocks? Adjustablility is a great tool to have.

A little on the expensive side. Just go with rpm. It would make your slash way stronger for half the price.

Well, If you have ever machined anything, you can see that took a LONG time to make, so I personal think you are getting a lot for the money, but, I don't own a slash or this kit, so I have nothing to say about the quality.

I have looked at rpm had a vxl rpm rustler but again you can't get the look or adjustments from rpm. I really like the way you can make the front end stand up like a real torc or coor truck. And I agree about the workmanship it takes time to machine quality so the price is acceptable. Anything that is a want always cost more.

None of those parts are that hard to make. You can see in the pics that the parts are not even de-burred completely. Final inspection at my shop would have rejected those parts back to finishing for rework. NOT impressed with the workmanship of the parts.

I agree with the above. Those are simple 3 operation 2.5D parts. Not difficult to make.

Vibe or tumbling fnishing would be a big improvement.

But they do add to the appeal of the truck. Besides that I could always use my dremel to polish them up real nice.

But for $120 you shouldn't have to.

True. Is there anybody else making something like that? RPM or golden horizons somebody like that?
