crawlin,mudbogin?
 

I want to get into crawlin and mudboggin but i dont know that much about it yet. I would like to have it be as scale as possible. i was thinking somewhere around 1/10th. I would like it to be waterproof etc . I need someone to recommend a good truck to start with as a base. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks</p>

The best scale is the SCX10.. You will love it..

How much do those run? I was told to go with a hpi wheely king..I really like the looks of the scx10 1.1 but it has to perform well too. in water, snow, mud, sticks, rock, sand. you name it. Anything i buy is gonna be put to the test.

The WK is a waste of money IMO. I had one and it just took so much work all the time that in the long run I should have just bought a real truck..
Now I have a SCX10 that I'm building a toyota scale truck. Not done yet but I'm doing cab and all from styrene myself and it's my first time working with it. The truck can handle what you do to it if you choose the right set up and equipment for it.
Or you can get the SCX10 TR RTR and upgrade as you go to the electronics you want..

Sounds to me like you suggest anything axial? So how much doany of the axials you are suggesting usually cost? Im not a millionaire

They just seem to be the best platform for a scale truck..
Google is your friend... Search and see what one if any you would like and find what equipment you want.. That is the best way to show you how much things cost..
