Best .21 engine break in with-out a heat gun ? Recomindations?

doin up a nice little Picco 28 for me, drag mod
supper stoked.
Its going onto a IGT2
What kids of speeds should I expect with the stock 2 speed gearing?
Next upgrade options?
Not going to be racing, just bashing around, and high speed runs.!

Your spending money on a drag tuned engine but you are too cheap to buy a $10-$15 heat gun? If you preheat the engine for the first gallon you can easily extend the life of your Piston/Sleeve/Conrod by a few gallons.
