Why does my brand new revo shocks sag so much

They have never been used, I screwed the bolt all the way at the end and my shocks still sag to the point my RC is touching the ground. Might as well have no shocks.

PS~ there are oil in the shocks, I got them that way.

Hi Troopermaniac, Try stiffer springs and heavier oil.
Could you post a photo, maybe its a set up problem???;)

are they stock shocks? if so they may have the long travel rockers on them and those require stiffer springs. change over to the second set of springs or change back to the standard rockers.

Are these actual new new shocks? It still shouldn't sag that much no matter especially if you tightened the spring down all the way. Are you sure you're not carrying any bricks or something..

I'm not familiar with teh Revo set-up, but stiffer springs are usually a choice when the vehicle bottoms out when landing from a jump, or driving on rough terrain. Shock oil viscosity is changed for similiar reasons.

To adjust ride-height, you can add spacers above (or below) the springs.

They are Brand new. The revo has been ran once forward for 5 secs to see if it works thats it. The shocks are the stock red ones
