Default noob stoopid question #1

Hi all, I am a noob and I recently bought a second hand kyosho pure ten alpha, it didn't come with any manuals, so I am fumbling about trying to figure out how it works. So i apologise in advance for the question... on the transmitter there are two lights, one for each channel, when I turn everything on the red lights flash continuosly, is this normal or is there something wrong with the transmitter/receiver?
Thanks again.

That may mean the batteries are low. Have you tried Kyosho's Frequently Asked Questions & Contact Information?

bennies right, low batteries or the battery might be toast adn its showing up low battery because the battery doesnt hold a charge any more because it wasnt discharged properly or it was just used ALOT.but batteries last a while, the 2 i use for my E-Z start 2 system arent powerful enough for a vehicle anymore but they work great for my E-Z start and they are older than me,they were my dads.
