different connectors. help
i didn't really know where to put this. i just bought a venom reicever pack and a dynamite failsafe. and the connectors on them are differrent then the ones for my radio equipment. they have black plugs and my equoipment has smaller red ones. is there a adapter or do i need to get a pack and failsafe that have the same plaugs. thanx for any help. later

You may need to buy some more plugs of the type that your radio gear uses. This picture from the Novak SS 5800 instruction manual shows how to change plugs.

I believe he means he has the BEC style connectors. The BEC male will plug into the standard female, but the male standard obviously won't plug into the female BEC connector. The polarity should be the same if you are using modern day equipment. The failsafe will plug in between the throttle servo and the receiver and you have 2 options on the battery switch harness problem. Either change the small red BEC connector to a full size female standard to match the venom battery pack or change the battery pack connector out. Your call.

thanx guys. the guy from my lhs is going to give me the right plaugs tomorrow. the failsafe has the right connectors. thanx for the replies.
