Default thunder tiger?

this doesnt really relate to radios but its still electronic based. i have a savage .25 and a roto start system and i bought an AC/DC thunder tiger guick charger unit for the roto start that charges in 30 mins. Now what i am wondering is what do the two jumper cable looking things do that are attached to the charger?..........THANKS

Default RE: thunder tiger?

I believe that you use those on a 12 volt battery source. so you can charge out in the field
