Default Discharging 5cell rx?

For those using 5 cell rx packs, does anyone discharge them and if so, what do you use to do it?

I discharge my NICAD packs to reduce memory, I do discharge/cycle nimh sometimes to check integrity. I use a great planes Triton charger to cycle and charge all my packs.
If you do not have access to a charger of this nature you can go to radio shack and get some #44 light bulbs. tHE #44 bulb snags about 250mah which is the same as a typical rcvr, you can wire of 2 of them to discharge transmitter packs. For quick discharge use a 1amp bulb.
