need help with futaba 3pm-fm servos don't work

Default need help with futaba 3pm-fm servos don't work

hi,can anybody help me with my futaba? I have futaba 3 pm-fm and towerhobbies servos (universal)standard and hight torque,the problem is that they don't work!!!!!
the connections are o.k. the batteries also(alcaline) new but when i switch the receiver on nothing happens!
what should i do i don't know
help!!!!!!!!

Make sure that the crystals are in the reciever and transmitter all the way and seated properly. Alos, make sure they are the same frequency.

Firdt are you sure that you plugged the servos in right if using universal plugged servo. Try also plugging the battery directly into the RX as switches can go bad. Also alkaline battery holders can go bad borrow a pack. If it worked with other servos then it's probly the universal plug plugged in backwards. Bad new is that servo can be damaged doing this. Blk and Red wires(- and Plus) should line-up with BLK and red battery wires in RX. Good luck.

thanks very much for the adv.the problem was the batteries the worked fine with the transmeiter but with the receiver no luck !i've replaced them with new from differend brand and now they work fine.
