with fm your servos dont glitch/do so less often and you dont lose the signal when under power lines. once youre in for a new radio or whatever, id drfinitely get fm and i personally recommend the airtronics mx-3. i have one and its really nice, doesnt glich or anything like my am radio either.

AM radios are less expensive and have less features usually. FM radios are less prone to interference and have more features. A simple demonstration is to listen to FM radio then listen to AM radio on your stereo. Which has more distortion?
