Default Airtronics synthesized recievers

hey uys i have a MX-3s 27mghz and i opened it up to blow the dirt out and i looked and there are two dials as if i were going to be on the 75 mghz? does any one understand? can i use this with a 75 mghz transmitter?

Personally, I wouldnt mess with the dials. You could throw off some setting and there's a possibility of never getting it back in the same spot as before. So IMO, I wouldnt mess with them.
