RE: J.R Radio Question
It will work, I bought one recently and used it this weekend. My tc3+ handles with smooth precision now and I finally got my brake to stop my car and stay adjusted. I had to change out receiver and both servos which comes with the radio. Go for it, I spent 169 out the door at my lhs. Also, it's not that tough to program.

RE: J.R Radio Question
You shouldn't have to move the wires in the plug itself. You will have to clip off the little fin on the servo plug though. Make sure you know which wire is which so you can plug it in correctly to the rx.
