improving reception

Default improving reception

hey guys. what improves reception? getting a new radio or just getting new crystals? thanks a lot.

FM 75 mhz for USA, 40mhz for UK. Upgrade from 27mhz radio (for surface models) you can't use "air" frequencies that are used by plane/heli users.
or change over digital set for further range.
Extending aerial fully.
Holding the aerial up straight.

Well, you'll change your frequency, but not affect the range.

You need to buy a new radio. Make sure you buy the correct type, otherwise you can get in serious trouble (if you're on air or buy illegal freqency, ie 75hz in UK)
