Default is Airtronics MX-3 3-Channel FM,easy to use?

so is the Airtronics MX-3 3-Channel FM,easy to? has anyone have one of this? the purpose is i want to use it for my mamba and i needed reciver and transmitter.

You might want to spend the extra dough and but the MX-3S it synthasized so you never need to but a crystal set ever

dats hot but would i need a wireless reciver or not or just use a regular with the crystal and it can read it when i program the crystal in the transmiter. im new to this i never used lcd radios before

Normally you'll get an synthezised receiver with the transmitter. But the MX-3S can control a crystal receiver if the tx is set at the right frequencie. Nice if you have more than one model and don't want to buy new rx for all.
There is a guy at our track that uses the MX-3S, and since he can figure out how to use it, I would say that everybody can.
