Yes, but you have to drill (2) holes is in the moduleif it was bought for the M-8. The M-8 is a (6) pin system the M-11 is a 8 pin system.

From the other thread:

I have already postd this in the radio forum and no one knew (or didn't reply). I use the Spektrum system, but I need something for motorcycles and other things I don't want to buy a pricey Spektrum receiver for. The website only shows that it works on the M8 so I don't know if it will work on the M11.

i think your out of luck it only is for the m8
i have spektrum m11 and im never turning back!
C2_Hobbies:
Receivers are a little too pricey for the "fun stuff".

I will reply here too, You can use the Novac module in the M-11 but you have to drill 2 small holes in the board on back(did mine by hand and yes I have a M-8 and M-11 trying to sell M-8). this was discussed I believe and The horizon tech notes that the M-8 is a 6 pin system and the new M-11 is a 8 pin system to accommodate DSM.Was not hard to do and works fine in M-11 now.
