Default AM VS FM

Hello to all this place is great!! I was wondering is their really that big of diffrance between fm radio and am radio. I am sure one is stronger than the other? please tell me the in and out's of am and fm? thank you Eric

FM have a must longer, less prone to interference signal.

Don't forget that a good quality crystal make a HUGE difference in perfromance. Most of the manufacturer's branded crystals are of marginal quality at best. There is only ONE crystal supplier in the entire hobby industry who is the actual manufacturer of R/C crystals.

Also, the nice thing about FM is there are now FM mode selections such as PCM (pulse code modulation) and HRS (high response speed). These FM modes are superior in some ways even to 2.4Ghz.
