Airtronics just showed the MX3 pure digital 2.4GHz system at the I-Hobby Show (not old analog with a digital rf section) that should do the trick.

I hope it is better then the Airtronics MX-3S I had, as it was a piece of junk. My DX3 has been great and been using it for about 6 months every weekend.
