Can all servos handle the extra 1.5 volts when using a 5-cell Rx pack?

All servos can handle 6 volts generally, as in 5 rechargeable cells or 4 dry cells,, but as you mention 1.5 volts rather than 1.2 I take it you mean normal dry (non-rechargeable) cells, giving 7.5 volts. In this case I'm not sure.

In that case nearly all should be able to - most servos quote speed figures for 4.8 volts AND 6 volts (obviously the extra volts will make the servo faster.)
