What's your budget??
Benefits of an upgraded servo would be faster transit time, more torque, more holding power, greater durability and better centering.

Umm no budget really. Under 150 preferably. What else do I need to go with the new servo..

You would just need a good battery to support the higher current draw.

I like the Hitec 5955. Do a search and see what other people like.
