I have both right now. Nothing really bad about the M8/Pro Spek. A bit heavy. I'm a lefty, so it cut the choices. I really am liking the DX3R. Nice and light. Neither is real hard to set up. I really went the DX3R for future plans of a dig on the crawler and the promotion that WAS on got me free RXs. You can set the 3rd chnl to switch however you wish. So, the call is yours basically. Both are good. As far as speed, prob only a pro would know.
