Help - Servo Stripping Plastic Adapter
I recently bought a new dynamite throttle/brake linkage set (DYN2568) and a new throttle servo (Hitec 645mg). The linkage set came with 3 servo adapters so it could fit any servo. When I apply brakes the servo teeth (metal) bend/strip the weaker plastic teeth of the adapter. As a result the brakes are very weak and after applying the brakes once the servo's neutral position is about 25% throttle.
How can I fix this?
This is for a 1/8th buggy, Ofna Ultra LX Comp.

RE: Help - Servo Stripping Plastic Adapter
The adapter shouldn't strip out. Maybe you put the wrong adaper on for the servo. the adapter are very close in size.

RE: Help - Servo Stripping Plastic Adapter
Do not get plastic horns. Instead, get an alum servo horn without the plastic insert nipple. This will absolutely fix you stripped splines (teeth) on the horn.
Just be sure to set your EPA properly for your throttle/brake servo; I can almost guaranty that you stripped the plastic splines because your servo has too much turn motion when it should stop at a certain point.
