I personally dont see the need for running a lipo in a controller, there are other high mAh alternitives..
the main problem is there is no low voltage protection for the battery....
if u are creative its really easy to make a LV Cutoff, might be worth looking into first

But if u have ur heart set on making a ticking timebomb.... joke, lipos aint that bad

I use nickel metal hydride rechargeables 2500mah only like $1 each from ebay & if thay go dead flat u can still charge them.
