How can I improve the Tamiya Super Hotshot?

I was wondering what options I had with Tamiya Super Hotshot
Can other parts from other kits fit onto it?
Are there any good alternatives for steering Hubs?
Can any other Arms be fitted to it?
What upgrades would you suggest if you actually wanted to drive the thing around?
