I would hope so that was your handy work! Along with the Velcro battery strap which allows me to keep that 3s in there nice and snug!

I am not sure if they are belted or not actually Lunchboxer would have to answer that one as I got the kit from him used. I have an order in for a set of foams, I never ran foams before is traction good on them with tarmac? I can say this though the HPI tires kick ass, I had put a set of rims with Tamiya Super grip street tires originally but it handle like crap at WOT, sliding around and breaking loose... Not anymore though!

my only experience with foams is on my F104. they seem to stick good, but I hear they wear out fairly quickly...........although there's different shore ratings (hardness)

Here are my cars. This is truly a great class for old and new racers. This class is sounds slow but it really not. It's all about corner speed and fine tuning your car.

RE: Vintage Trans AM (VTA) - let's see them
I was able to find a nice starter car (or at least I hope so)
This is a great entry level set-up for USVTA racing. Here is what's included: Tamiya TT-01 chassis, Tekin G-11 Pro esc, Trininy CO27 brushed motor, Futaba S3004 servo, 4-4cell EP 4600 battery packs, Novak discharge tray, extra parts and I'll even throw in a brand new HPI 2 channel AM radio system (not pictured). I upgraded the car with the following parts: Ball diffs. on the front and rear, Tamiya aluminum shocks, carbon fiber support plate, 3racing cvd's and hubs, adjustable tie rods and adjustable upper arms on the front and rear.

Those are nice! Wouldn it be more "scale" if they where only rear wheel drive? It would create lots of unwanted one tire fires or power skids way out of control, just like the full size ones
